It is understandable why some people adopt a view that printed newspaper is still a vital means of communications as it supports the reading culture of the young generation and offering more jobs in printing factories. However, people who adopt this thinking is narrow-minded. There are a decline in the users of traditional newspaper, which leads to the unemployment of printing workers. Thus, printed newspaper can brings a lot of drawbacks and problems to the society. Producing newspaper can lead to deforestation, which is a global and critical problems nowadays.

Conversely, with the gradual upgrade of the Internet, approaching sources of information has never been easier. Moreover, online news do no harmful effect to the invironment so that it requires less effort and funding on finding solution, which save a large amount of money to enhance different domains of the society.  

On the one hand, it is understandable that people barely have leisure time to read newspaper in the age of constantly increasing loads of work. Because of that, instead of go to the store to buy newspaper, most people prefer to use their technological devices such as tablets or smartphones. Due to the development of technology, we can easily access to many digital newspapers like CNN.com or BBC. With a click of a button, all the latest news and trends are shown directly onto the screen for free, which is why many are in favour of reading online

On the other hand, traditional newspapers are beneficial to a certain group of people, with the majority of elderly, who are not used to using high-tech gadgets. In spite of the fact that technology has developed a lot in present time, mature people still choose to read paper newspaper. Additionally, online newspaper often negatively affect people’s health. For example, if we spend several hours reading online news every day by using mobile phone, computer, this could lead to harmful impact especially in your eyes. Finally, reading news on newspapers traditionally enables people to concentrate on what we are concerning, rather than the online one which can distract them by tons of advertisement. 

In conclusion, it is true that people nowadays are increasingly utilise many other mediums to get information, it does not mean the significant need of physical newspapers no longer exists.

Firstly, despite the disadvantages of newspapers such as inconvenience and non-eco friendliness, certain people still subscribe to a view that printed newspapers are a beneficial way for children to enlarge their knowledge. However, this belief is completely gullible, due to the fact that not every piece of news in newspapers is suitable for children, for example, politics and economics. When parents allow their child to access this information, they will have a false view of the world, thus fostering an inaccurate perspective of the world’s problems. This can lead to children’s wrongful and flawed judgments in later life, which may result in them going to prison. Instead, books with child-friendly contents can be read, as it informs them the right perspective on the world’s problems and most importantly, not beyond their age.

Secondly, we do not need conventional newspapers anymore due to its inconvenience and pollution problems. It is apparent that with the advent of technological devices such as phones, the need for newspapers dwindled because it is easier and more convenient for people to read news on these devices. Printed newspapers are big in size, thus making it hard for people to open and read from anywhere, whereas, with the Internet connection and a smartphone, they can read news from anywhere at any time. On a more important note, it takes a plethora of paper to print a single stack of newspapers, subsequently, this will bring environmental problems such as soil pollution, and ultimately air pollution, since the majority of paper used are non-recyclable. In short, it is not necessary to consume traditional newspapers in light of its inconvenience and  contamination.

In conclusion, I subscribe to  a view that printed newspapers are not needed anymore, due to its disadvantages compared to online ones, particularly inconvenience and contamination.

They believe that the usage of this kind of newspaper will affect people’s healthcare since reading on digital devices can take a toll on people's eyes and can even trigger visual impairment. However, this thinking is flawed due to harmfulness that digital devices cause to users’ eye is depend on the amount of time they spend. As the Development of technology and the internet, the digital tools are now being developed and innovated day by day so as to be more conducive to the users. 

Moreover, in this modern world of Internet, many people are adopting a habit of reading the news online which provides those timely updates within seconds from all over the world. Moreover, it allows individual to read updates according to their choice. There are tons of websites that provides various information from politics to show business. At the same time, people can simultaneously do other work reading it. For instance, internet provides updates on different areas based on the requirement and interest of the individuals. Thus, internet is becoming popular among youngsters.

In conclusion, I,completely agree with the win of the latest modalities of news presentation over the previous type due to multiple advantages of it over the older one.

On the one hand, it is reasonable that many people oppose the closure of conventional newspaper as it is currently used by several individuals. However, this view is short-sighted and naïve because printed newspaper has many inconveniences and disadvantages. The lifespan of newspaper is very short as people throw them away after reading, which is excruciatingly wasteful. Besides, the printed newspaper emits green house gases in decomposition process, which can result in water pollution, air pollution, and so on.

On the other hand, online newspaper has many advantages. Firstly, it can be published easily notwithstanding location or time. Whenever journalists want to bring out some news, they just need to open their computers or smartphones, type it, and post it on their platforms, which is completely convenient. Thus, the digital readers can get access to up-to-date information easily. Secondly, people do not have to pay much money to read online news. In fact, nowadays, there are various news websites are free for users. With a few platforms, they require people to have a subscription to use. However, in general, the fee that people must pay is much cheaper than conventional newspapers.

Allowing people who have a distaste for reading to know what's going on around the world without having to push themselves to immerse into something they hate. 

In conclusion, although I do believe the complete replacement of printed newspaper might be not so simple as there are always those who prefer reading on a paper than through a screen, the importance of traditional newspaper will continue to decline as modern media gain more popularity.

As today, information is always updated each second passing by, and it could be relatively challenging to update through newspaper. In contrast, the digital version is much more flexible and up-to-date making it extremely beneficial of how information is got through. In addition to this, both the accuracy and the precision will occur more frequently and readers would find themselves keeping up with the latest news. This is a proof to the deterioration of newspaper on our daily news and how online papers just completely outshine it. 

In conclusion, I believe that reading or supporting printed newspaper does not seem a good idea.

The news then will be uploaded and accessed digitally in various ways without having to spend much money. Secondly, most news channels do not require reading-fee, such as popular CNN and BBC applications or websites, which give people free access to approach information regularly. Moreover, people could compare the same news in different news programs easily by some basic actions on their smartphones or computers instead of spending more money on other conventional newspapers.

In conclusion, I believe printed newspapers are not necessary anymore and we should switch to online news in this digital era.

This deforestation process accelerates the deterioration of the environment. However, this thinking is flawed, since newspaper nowadays are made of recycled paper, and are adapted into craftwork after use, which is conducive to reducing the use of redundant craft paper. Therefore, it is apparent that convential newspaper stands no links to exerting a negative impact on the environment, especially the destruction of forests.

On the other hand, there are indeed instances where the presence of traditional type of newspaper marginalizes modern one. The widespread use of fast-and-forward gossips on social media through small and unreliable news sources has driven everybody to misunderstand and mistreat numerous individuals, triggering unable mental states and hardship for the victims. The infamous case in point is the Korean singer Sulli, who painfully decided to commit suicide in late 2019. Suffering from criticism for years, her mental disorders caused her death. This is a testament on the exaggeration, and danger it may pose from news-browsing online. On the contrary, printed newspaper fully addresses this drawback due to the fact that it takes days to publish a new update after the staff and writers’ meticulous concentration and adjustments.

To my mind, both digital and conventional newspaper possess their own pros and cons, among which the superiority of the latter is understandably proved. Try as online journalists might to gain more visitors to their pages, their news will be devalued unless they establish more trust to readers.
