My name is Anaïs Chauvet, I come from Chaumes-en-Retz, a small town of ~7000 souls in France. My intercultural journey started in 2009 as I went on an AFS exchange program to Japan for a year. It changed my entire life! Since then, I'm a volunteer for AFS in France and I started working as a consultant for AFS International in August 2019.

The things I love to do on a daily basis is laughing and hugging my baby sister. I'm a passionate about Asian cultures and can't wait to travel back to Japan and South Korea. I've watched more K-dramas than any average Korean citizen in their life and I love to challenge myself with new experiences!
