         <description><![CDATA[<div>A scientific hypothesis is&nbsp; a educated guess that can be backed by observation and previous knowledge.&nbsp;<br><br>Scientific theory, however, is an explanation that can be backed up by some component of the natural world.&nbsp;<br><br>Both of these terms attempt to explain what has been observed.&nbsp;<br><br>Scientific Law is a statement that seems to always be true or has yet to be proven otherwise.&nbsp;<br><br>This is a generalization rather than an explanation.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
