Since the Paris trip in year 1 I've been obssesed with Schiaparelli. Their artistry aligns so much with my taste, and I wanted to make something that would have this calibre and still be RTW?

I like the word Sacrosanct, as it means something that is regarded as too important or valuable to be interfered with. I find this idea in fashion really cool, as it's all about identity and being ourselves.

At the same time, it matches the rosary aesthetic, and it just feels right.

Draped in Divinity sounds really good too as it makes it more celestial.

I've been told that I need to make it more clear so that it's easier to explain.

I also get that this type of concept is not too easy to get as it's a bit of a psychological thing/cult?

Laura told me to maybe add an extra price band matrix and to focus on one category first as my design proposal was very feminine-oriented.

She also told me to do +100 on the first half of the Price Band Matrix and then +200 on the second half but his may vary depending on the prices as I didn't include the whole competitor list.

I need to think more about where to place the brand if its in a store or only online maybe?

I will be using this colour for the title,branding and document.

There were many options but the only one that was good enough was one of these.

I took each of them and put them together to make it look like a cute garden plus I also wanted to have something that I can change the colour easily as I also will need to change the colour of this all the time, download it and the add it on inDesign.

I will need to also add a different market instead of Luxury Experience Market as it doesn't relate that much to ROSARIO.

I actually like that there is lots of them because ROSARIO shouldn't be just the colour chosen for the packaging. The adaptation of the brand is present in any colour as that is how we implement how we identify ourselves in different outfits with different colours.

They all have scientific background however, they all appreciate fashion and live it as a hobby. Molly loves high end luxury fashion and owns garments from Balenciaga,Rick Owens and Alexander Wang. Polina is more of Chanel and high end materials while Juan loves designs specially Vivienne Westwood and Schiaparelli.

The research also shows that mostly women at the percentage of  71.16% would spend between £500 and £5,000 on custom-made items, which suggests an opportunity to develop a tiered product offering that includes more accessible, entry-level luxury pieces alongside its high-end couture to appeal to a wider audience within this range.

Moreover, the insight that 85% of respondents earn a household income of £40,000 to £70,000 suggests that Rosario’s pricing strategy must strike a careful balance: maintaining exclusivity while offering attainable luxury options, such as accessories or entry-level bespoke items, to capture aspirational buyers.

These individuals maintain their luxury consumption despite economic fluctuations and geopolitical crises, demonstrating five times less volatility compared to the aspirational spend segment, even in highly uncertain conditions.

For them, luxury consumption is akin to a primary need, resulting in extremely low price sensitivity, uncorrelated to macroeconomic trends or fluctuations in global financial wealth.

For Cultural Connoisseurs, the engagement with art is not solely about the immediate pleasure it provides. It also encompasses deeper, more eudaimonic aspects.

Cultural Connoisseurs often engage with art on an intellectual level, appreciating the work’s historical, cultural, and social contexts.

This intellectual engagement promotes personal growth and self-actualisation, key elements of eudaimonic happiness which leads in their behaviour as a consumer.

This is very convenient as I would only need to pay the amount + interest according with my performance.

To be honest it is a good option as I could give their student some internships and a part from giving something in exchange I would also get some people from new generations that will always bring something new to the business.

Red: Passion, aggression, love.

They are associated with luxury most of the times and actually some luxury brands from different markets use them.

I took them from brands I adore, like Kerastase or Diptyque.

This is when I knew that the branding expressing what I wanted it to be.

I'm a fan of broad shoulders and proportions, and I feel like this chosen styles out of the discarded ones shown above are better for this theme.

Increase prices of the entry garments in fashion triangle.

Add Maniere De Voir as a competitor.

Leave the orientation of the brand as genderless.

Use a better option for cotton.

They did not have much time as they were doing a lot of CRM and admin tasks but they took a bit of time to respond quick questions.

They were straightforward but friendly.

• Q1: How would you describe your demographic?

  
  

  I can't really say that there is an age for Schiaparelli, to be honest it is more about people that just appreciate art and fashion at the same time. There is people that likes to collect Schiaparelli garments and make their own archives and these people of course, have lots of money.

  
  

• Q:2 Do you get many locals?

  Mostly internationals and it really varies a lot. Some people come to London just to shop here as we are not present in their countries. We need to be prepared as Sales Advisors because those people are brand ambassadors as well and they know a lot about the brand, people that look for details from the 30's and know about creative directors that Maison Schiaparelli inspired. This is the level of clientele we get here.

  
  

• Q3: How do you serve them?

• We have this zone that serves as a showroom let's say, and here we have a sales advisor that help the client with everything. Sometimes clients don't know what they want and it can be a long journey to find it so they need to feel as comfortable as possible. Some people can take 3 hours to decide and it's fine as it is a creative process that we all enjoy.

It was very interesting and exciting to do this. I found some points that enhanced some parts of my strategies.
