Your university journey is important but so is your health. Take care of yourself and each other (from a safe distance of course). And, no matter what happens this year, be proud of yourself, your resilience, and your ability to adapt to extreme circumstances. 💚🤎💛🧡💪👏

I am proud of each and every one of you. I miss the opportunity to be with you and learn together. While we are apart, learn some family history👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, unlock new skills🤹🏻‍♀️🎷🤸🏻‍♂️🎤, and most importantly learn to adapt to this new normal. 😷

Lastly, work through the stress by creating. Create anything. A piece of art 🖼🎨,  a journal filled with copywriting styles and execution  📝📓💻or read read read📙📚. Because reading is fundamental.

This too shall pass. And we will pick up right where we left off!!! Stay safe, stay healthy and stay home (unless really necessary ).

Stress is a fact of life, but it should never become a way of life. This means that it’s normal to feel stressed and tired once in a while. But if you feel stressed and tired almost every day, then you need to reevaluate your life to see what you ought to be doing differently such as drawing, paint a watercolour or even dance and sing out loud. 

As a student, learn to embrace challenges rather than avoid them. Choose to see challenges as fun opportunities to learn. Especially for my Visual Communication class, try to practice in drawing skills. Don't worry whether the image distort or out of proportion. Just tell yourself YOU SURE CAN DRAW.
