1) One thing that I’ve particularly learnt and have benefited was the Same Same but Different activities. Being a leader myself, at times, it is very easily to just fall back to the seat being a participant— a follower.

Yet, I was reminded by a common saying, “ Be a leader You would want to follow” Nobody wants a leader that’s neutral, who doesn’t know where he/she’s going but rather a leader who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.

A leader must also stand firm in what he or she believes in and not easily compromised due to popularity or influences of peers/ close friends.

2) Product, Place, Promotion, Price,
3) Maybe have an official camp opening. Introducing the camp camp commandant/planning com and etc instead of just diving straight into the activities.

1. A leader is someone who stands firm for his/her values and beliefs. As leaders, I believe that we must keep a firm stance on what we truly believe and stand for. Moreover, we should avoid being indecisive when it comes to decision-making. This will also inspire our fellow peers and followers to do the same. Anyone can become leaders as anyone has the ability to lead, however leaders must know that with great power comes great responsibility. We as leaders must know that whatever decision we make, there are bound to be consequences, be it positive or negative ones. Take credit for the positive outcome but also learn to admit your mistake when there is a negative outcome. Furthermore, everyone has different opinions on different matters, therefore we as leaders should learn to be open-minded and embrace the difference that everyone has in them, instead of being judgemental and critical towards their perspectives.

2. The four marketing mix are Product, Price, Place & Promotion. The bonus mix is People.

3. Firstly, like what Marshyll said in her reflection, I agree that we should not jump straight into the activities. Rather, we should have a proper opening and introduction to Blaze Camp. I believe that this will make the participants more keen to want to participate in the activities instead of being awkward and uncomfortable. Secondly, I feel that there are multiple periods of time when there is not much going on. I believe that we should fill up these gaps to make the camp more enriching for us participants.

1) BLAZ-ing through the future.

2) The things that I like about Blaze Camp is, firstly the fun and engaging activities that was planned for the campers. I think I’ve benefited through the knowledge shared and surely enjoyed myself. Secondly is the Blaze Celebration night. However, I think some of the performance (Eg. dancing) is a little inappropriate. But I can understand as we’re a generation that’s influenced by the internet. Lastly what I like about Blaze camp is that, I think this the by far the most luxurious camp I’ve attended in my entire life. — well coming for a uniform group cca.. (what do you expect) thus, being able to sleep in an air conditioned place is already considered as a blessing to me.

3)Leaders who participate as a facilitator:
-only because of their peers.
-who can’t control their emotions.
- but only NATO

1. Team Work makes the Dream Work.

2.1. Firstly, I like the activity that has been organized for us. In particular the "SDC Future Economy Trail", which was a learning journey to the Thow Kwang Pottery Jungle and the Jurong Hill. These trips have made me more aware of our country's heritage and history which I did not know prior to the trip. It was certainly enriching to be able to brainstorm for ideas to help Thow Kwang Pottery to revamp as well. Moreover, "Same Same But Different" has made me aware that most people have the same beliefs just that we view our beliefs in a different perspective. And that we should be accepting towards other people's different perspectives.

2.2. Secondly, I like the people I have met in this camp, especially my teammates, even though we do not tend to communicate much, we still do trust each other and are willing to stand by for each other. I believe that trust in a team is the most important factor in a team's success besides communication.

2.3. Thirdly would be that this camp is unique, as unlike other camps which are more physically-demanding and related to the outdoors, Blaze Camp actually makes us use more of our brains, rather than our brawns only.

3. -
