Open communication about roles/responsibilities. Especially when being asked to jump into a new project/initiative.

Honoring decisions that are made and not always being in a state of constant - "We can always change the decisions we make". Still need to be flexible and not rigid, but it is hard to operate in a space when decisions can be gone back on at any time due to people being uncomfortable with that decision or unclear about the decision.

Honoring individual capacity and the ability to say "no". Many times the workload is heavy in OSHII and I just can't take on extra responsibilities. So no doesn't mean "it is a bad idea" or "don't do it", it just means, "I have enough of a workload at this time and I need time to do my current workload"

Be respectful and professional to our OSHII colleagues. We are all trying to do our best! This is not happening in every meeting, it is in most meetings but not all.
