TRIAD is a boutique firm and I ran a full desk. So, I sold recruiting services to companies and then recruited for their openings. Disney was my main client and the most profitable client in the company. I consistently exceeded my goals and helped my coworkers meet their goals. I trained a lot of new recruiters and mentored others. I completely elevated the company when I proposed and implemented a new ATS that everyone actually used. It was a pretty Wild West before that. Disney opened a contract recruiter role and I pitched it to my boss as a way to get intimate knowledge on our best client. I learned a lot about how many people need to get involved to make a hire and each segment at Disney had different processes on who to include and make aware of actions in the workflow. I was a huge advocate of using the ATS to move candidates through the workflow and thus ensure reporting is accurate. I joined the framing crew when the first wall was going up. When the builder left with our money, I stayed to ensure it was finished. Along with another guy, we finished the house in May 2023.
