♦歷史沿革

違規行為處理方式上學前/休息期間佩戴耳機或使用手機物品交給教職員，記錄姓名，放學時到學生服務處領回。家長將收到信函（解釋教育廳政策）。課堂期間使用耳機、手機或類似設備物品交給老師，記錄姓名，放學時在教學區領回。拒絕老師要求交出手機根據《行為管理政策》處罰，可能包括停學或喪失攜帶手機到校的權利。多次違反政策導致額外後果，例如留校、喪失良好表現特權、停學，並需與家長/監護人及學校管理層會面。使用手機記錄、散佈或上傳不當圖像或影片停學。

• 規定： 根據《教育法》，所有缺勤都必須由家長或監護人解釋。

• 通知要求： 必須註明日期並說明所有缺勤的原因。

延長缺勤 (PROLONGED ABSENCE)

• 假期延長的缺勤 通常分為兩種情況：醫療缺勤 和 假期/度假缺勤。

1. 醫療缺勤 (Medical Absence)

• 三天以上 的醫療缺勤，請聯繫 教牧關懷 (Pastoral Care) 或 年度協調員 (Year Coordinator) 討論學校工作和評估要求。

2. 假期/度假缺勤 (Vacation and Holiday Absence)

• 非授權缺勤： 假期/度假缺勤通常被視為未經授權且不鼓勵，因為這會嚴重影響孩子的進度。

• 學業責任： 學生應登入學習區教學入口網站（例如：Compass、Sile、Mathspace）以查閱可供他們使用的作業。這不是為缺勤學生提供的完整學習包或專門工作，它不代表已完成的課堂學習。

• 特殊情況下的授權： 只有在校長授權的特殊情況下，假期缺勤才被視為獲得許可。在這種情況下，可能會透過缺勤工作包或評估來提供一些工作給孩子。

遲到 (LATE TO SCHOOL)

• 程序： 學生必須在離開學校時向 學生服務處 報告簽離。返回時，學生必須再次向學生服務處報告簽到。未收到家長或護理人員的許可和離校證，學生將不允許離開校園。

• 重要注意事項： 請注意，不允許 學生到市區購買午餐。午餐應從家裡帶或從學校食堂購買。

欽賢國中的名稱來自於礦產鉅子顏欽賢。他在1967 年捐贈了8000坪土地給學校興建校舍，因此學校就以他的名字「欽賢」命名。 

The county magistrate at the time believed that the Jinguashi and Jiufen area, being surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the sea on one side, suffered from poor transportation. With only one junior high school within this winding, mountainous 30 to 40-kilometer radius, the enrollment rate of elementary school graduates was severely impacted. The magistrate promised that upon election, he would resolutely uphold the government's spirit of implementing nine-year compulsory education by establishing a new junior high school in the highest-altitude area of Taipei County to raise the cultural and educational standards of the remote region. Following active assistance from local community members, the school officially moved to its current location to begin classes and held its inauguration ceremony in 1970.

Qinxian Junior High School's name is derived from the mining magnate Yan Qinxian. In 1967, he donated approximately 2.64 hectares of land for the construction of the school buildings. Consequently, the school was named "Qinxian" after him.
