Litter is the main problems, in some part area of East London between Whitechapel Road through Mile End Road, specifically at assembly passage close to Whitechapel Road and Mile End Road. Never seen this area cleaned from litter since I arrived in London, there is always litter on the street or sidewalk. 

I think it should begin from ourselves, learn how to be responsible to the community. Discipline it’s the keyword, as you are being discipline with yourself instead of being ego by not being emphatic to others you will be always not feeling guilty by doing litter. Discipline with your rubbish keep until you find yourself a litter bin.
