Hi Teacher and guys my name is VO THANH ANH SANG Today i will talk some thing about my daily activities. let's begin. Firstly I often get up at 6Am .after i get up, i usually brush my teeth and wash my face. after that i take exercise about 30 minutes in the morning, so after that , i cook the breakfast for myself, but i usually buy the breakfast at out shop more often, because i feel so exhausted when i finished exercise. Then study online on my laptop about 3 hours, then at 10 AM i cook the lunch for my familly , at 0 PM in the midday i often study english every day like watching some english video on youtube.. , And reading some English newspaper in order to i can improve my english until 4 Pm, and about 4h PM i often playing footbal with my friends, and some time i go hang out with my friends like go to the beach. coffee shop.... when i returm home about 6 PM i usually eat dinner with my family, and then in the night i playing guitar cause, and some time read some books i like. until 11Pm I brush my teeth and wash my face, so finaly go to my bed and sleep.
that is it, so that is all my daily activities.

My father whom i admire the most is 37 year old. His name is Hung and he is very strict, he loves doing fieldwork and always work hard even when he is sick. Hello teacher! It's me, Thanh Ha. I think it's now turn for me to tell you all about my eating habit. It's kind of obvious from how beautiful i look but my favourite dish is salad because of how healthy and delicious it's. I don't actually have a type of food that i would hate but i wouldn't eat too much pork belly because of how fatty it is. I would often have breakfast at around 6AM right before my workout routines. Lunch then start at around 12:15PM or 12:30PM and dinner is after 7PM. Bread is a must have for any complete breakfast, brown rice noodle for lunch and dinner would be fruit. I prefer eating at home rather then eating out because it save money and i know how clean my food is. Keeping the food in the fridge is the best way to preserve and keep it fresh. Since i took an early interest in cooking and ended up a pretty good cook myself all of the cooking in the family was left to me. Making a simple salad was my first and most favourite dish because of how diverse a salad can be. I think that's all folk, that should be everything you need to know about my eating habit, my favourite dish and my least favourite one. Hello teacher! It's me, your beloved student, the ever so adorable Thanh Ha. It's finally time for me to tell you all about my very own day to day routines. My day normally start at 5AM, i got up, go get myself clean and after that would be my delicious breakfast which was meticulously prepare with all of my heart. Workout come after breakfast and class start at 7:45AM. When class end i would take a quick and short nap till 12PM to start preparing myself something healthy for lunch. Usually when i have time i would read book and listen to music to help relax and enjoy my well earn free-time, especially before going to bed. Going for a run at 5PM is my usual schedule and it help me to keep my body in shape. And finally last but not least, to wrap up every weekend would be the famous enjoyable "girl night out". Today i will talk some thing about my eating habit. before to begin my story, Let's go back to the time before Tet holiday this year, that time i was 85kg, and then i felt myself so fat. so, then i decided to change my eating habit in order to i can have a body better. i often have breakfast at 7 AM. luch at 11 AM, dinner at 6AM. for breakfast, i usually eat bread with eggs, i often eat at my home, for luch I eat anything, as long as it's full of nutrients like meat, fish, eggs, and diner eat like luch, So i am a chef for my family, i quite like cook, and i have been cooked for my family when i was 11 year olds, So cause i cook very well , and we always eat at home because My family feel i cook the food so delisious, every body always like eat the food i make. A drink i like is mineral water, because it's good for me and my family's health, and most importantly it doesn't cause weight gain like soft drinks.

So we often go to the cinema at Van Hanh Mall on Su van Hanh street, at 10 district HCM city in order to we can watching some the movies at that place. So we usually go to that on the weekend, because on the weekend we always have free time together. We go there by our motorbikes, that place is a big supermarket and that place there are many pretty girls there. that is why we usually wear so nice clothes when we go there. when we go to the cinema we will choose the movie we want to see first. then we will buy tickets for that movie, after that we will buy the water and some popcorn and after that more we can wait until the movie is about to start, finaly we go into the theater after we go to the theater we just need to sit down on the seat and enjoy that movie, relax. my friends and I very like going to the cinema cause it makes us feel chilled out, fantastic... it can turn our bad day into a so nice day. that is all about my favorite event. Before going home to celebrate the Lunar New Year with our family, we decided to play Dalat by motorbike together. First, we went from Gigamal district Thu Duc, HCM city at 3 am, our group had 14 people including 12 girls and 2 boys with 7 motobikes. After 5 hours ,we arrived at Lam Vien Square at 9 am. Right now, everyone was tired and hungry so we stopped at a restaurant to ate breakfast with crab soup and hot bean milk. It was really cold that day and I had to bring an extra coat, a scarf, sneakers to keep warm. Next, we visited Tuyen Lam lake, the valley of love, the fower village of Dalat and of course I didn't forget to take souvenir photo to send to my family. In the evening, we went to Dalat night market to ate Dalat Chicken hot pot, drank Atiso tea, saw the show and I also took the time to buy some gifts for my family and that's also my favorite activity in the event. We left at 8 pm and arrived home at 1 am.
