A solar lamp also known as solar light or solar lantern, is a lighting system composed of a LED lamp, solar panels, battery, charge controller and there may also be an inverter. Solar lamps have a lower operating cost than kerosene lamps because renewable energy from the sun is free, unlike fuel.

1. Consider placement. 

The relationship between architecture and energy is tied to both passive strategies and performance via more recent innovations in technology. As one way to begin addressing the global climate crisis and greenhouse gas emissions, solar design is reshaping cities and architecture around the world.

That’s why I suggest…RECYCLING PAPER! I want to show you the process to do this. 

Now, the question is: what happens with those bottles? Most of them finish in the ocean. My research shows that 91% of all plastic is not recycled

My idea to recycle plastic beverage bottles was to use them to make toys. Those toys can be used to be given to children that usually get no presents for birthdays or on Christmas. I made one. Watch my evidence video, please.

As a child, you can reuse fabrics from used pieces of clothing to make outfit for your dolls. 

First you have to use one of the four trash cans to only put paper material ( for example newspaper, old books or also milk and juice containers), another is for all the plastic ( for example plastic bottles or plastic bags ), one more is for the organic materials ( for example mango or apple peel ) and the last one is for all that doesn’t fall in the previous 3 categories. Then, when your trash cans are full, you can give them to different places:
 All your paper, plastic, glass, aluminum, etc. can be taken to a recycling post that buys this kind of material. There  are many around the City. Depending on the quantity, that’s how much you can make. 

The top layer is also called negative type or n-type, as it favors the collection and transports electrons. The thin bottom layer contains both silicon and an element , such as boron, that has fewer electrons than silicon. This gives the bottom layer fewer electrons that are free to move, therefore making the material less conductive for electrons. The light wave knocks an electron off silicon atom, setting the electron loose and leaving an area of positive charge where the electron used to be then the loose electron then moves towards the top and reaches the n type layer, similarly the other electron goes to the bottom p-type layer this continues as long as sunlight shines on the solar cell . 

Now that the electrons and the holes have been separated, connecting a wire between the top and bottom metal electrodes provide a pathway for the electrons to move towards the holes . 

I was able to construct a solar panel at home with the help of my dad. I entered YouTube and I discovered how to build one. I realized all the materials I needed I had them at home. Let me show you how we built it. At the end, I wired two lamps to the solar panel and they lit! 

Then 70 years later, the 1^st  solar powered aircraft, the “Sunrise 1” designed by Ray Buchard, made its 1^st maiden flight on the 4th of November 1974 and flew 20 minutes at an altitude of around 100 m. 

The wind makes the blades of a wind turbine to move. When they move, they make a shaft rotate and it puts a generator to work. The electricity produced by the generator is stored in huge devices and then it can be used to power big cities.

I think we should promote the production of wind produced electricity, because it is non-polluting.
