Here is a little info about me!

My name is Michelle, I am 26 years old and Live in San Jose, CA. I am a first generation college student. Both my parents immigrated to the US at young ages. My mom came from Hungary with her family when she was 11 and my dad came from Mexico with his family when he was 20. They later met in San Jose and started their family here.

I got married to my High School sweet heart on 08/18/18 and we now have a beautiful baby girl who was born on Friday the 13th in September of last year. Our daughter has brought so much love and joy to our lives. We are excited to be celebrating her 1st Birthday this year!

My entire family is very outdoorsy and love to travel. My parents have been shoreline camping since before I was born and we have done that my entire life. Recently they have invested in an RV to make camping more accessible as they age. My husband and I now camp on our own sometimes to explore new lakes and campsites. Camping is a way  for us to recharge from the stress of life and get out of the city.

I am very excited to be back to school to get my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. It is a goal that I have been putting off due to life (e.g. marriage, kids, finances) but I am glad to finally be able to pursue my education and better my life and future.

I help teach our students all the subjects; I taught in the Kindergarten classroom. It's such a rewarding job. I get to experience how children learn to write, add, subtract, tell time, and learn social skills.
