We should have kept your booked room as a priority as you have booked it 2 months prior to your stay. I would also like to apologise for our foreign housekeeping staff that lack certain communication skills. In order to rectify this issue we are going to conduct more training for them.<br><br>If you would like to stay in our place again, we would love to accommodate you and your family with our best room for 2 days and a night, with complimentary breakfast and spa for 4.
