We enjoyed using our hands to manipulate materials like putting chips inside the plunker can. We also tried shooting pom-poms into different containers and played with pegs and sensory bags.

Father's Day is just around the corner, and today we did something special for our amazing dads. Using dot markers, we made marks on yellow paper by pounding. We enjoyed seeing the different colors on our papers and the sounds we made while pounding.

Today, we practiced our eye-hand coordination by scooping gems with a scooper and placing them inside an egg tray. Initially, the gems kept slipping out of the spoon, but we persevered and managed to transfer them into the tray using our hands. It was a fun activity, thanks to the vibrant colors of the gems and the satisfying sound they made as we scooped them.

Exploring water and discovering its endless possibilities is always super fun for us. Today, we had a blast playing with water using measuring cups and water play toys. We were fascinated by the spinning wheel as we poured water. Playing with water not only brings joy but also enhances our fine motor skills and coordination.

Kael’s tito visited us on Tuesday (we sang songs while shaking our egg shakers!), and Tica’s parents, Kael’s mom, and Liv’s dad joined us for storytime on Thursday. All of us listened intently to Teacher Angel while she read a story about bunnies. Thank you so much for your time!

We explored the movement of rolling and spinning cars using a ramp. We rolled the cars down the ramp by pushing them from the top. It was enjoyable to observe the wheels rolling and spinning. Additionally, we tried moving our hands and arms like the wheels.

Today, we played a game called 'What's in the box?' In this game, we randomly selected items from inside the box to see what we could do with them. We found a broom, which we tried sweeping and sliding; a roller that we rolled and tried bouncing; a tube that we also rolled; and finally, a ball that we bounced, rolled, spun, and slid. We had a lot of fun exploring different materials and experimenting with various movements.

Sensory bins are always a hit! Today, we played with red jello specifically. Initially, we were hesitant to touch the jello, but using a spoon encouraged us to try it out. Later, we became curious and began holding the jello with our hands, squeezing and scooping it.

For our physical development activity, we practiced pulling ribbons. Today, there were several ribbons hanging inside the room. We reached for them using our hands.

It was so exciting to touch different items and play around with it! Our sense of curiosity and desire to explore were definitely expanded.

We were also encouraged to be creative, so we even used Maraccas to paint!

We got to exercise our little legs by chasing bouncing balls—and even each other—around! We enjoyed the slippery slide, the tall blue hoops, and even Teacher Sarah’s phone! We played with our teachers and with each other! It’s nice to socialize through play.

I love being with young learners because I believe in their creative potential and loving nature, which led me to teaching. My purpose is to help the next generation develop creative minds and have a beautiful heart.

Today, we practiced walking on the balance beam inside the classroom with the assistance of our teachers. Balancing was challenging, so we used both feet while holding onto the bar or our teachers' hands. Overall, we enjoyed the activity and improved our balancing skills.

Today, something exciting happened in our classroom – Moana's chicken, Hei Hei, visited us. We had fun playing with Hei Hei by feeding him colorful pompoms. Using our hands, we experimented with different sizes of pompoms to see which ones fit into his mouth. It was thrilling to watch the pompoms go down Hei Hei's throat.

For our art activity today, we tried something new. We pasted various colors of paper onto our sheets. Using a wooden brush, we spread liquid glue on the paper and stuck it on different colors and sizes of paper. The sensation of the glue on our hands intrigued us and sparked our curiosity.

Today, we had fun shooting balls from one jar to another. This activity helped us practice our eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills.

Our teachers brought out hula hoops today. They were placed on the floor, and we were free to explore them however we liked. Some of us stepped inside the hoops, others tried spinning them on our bodies, and some even walked through them. This activity helped us develop our spatial awareness and gross motor skills.

Today’s activity was full of emotions, from excitement to curiosity. Some friends used materials like fish toys and water sprinklers to scoop water from the mini pool, lifting it up to create a rain shower effect. It was satisfying to watch it pour! Indeed, this experience was wonderful for boosting socialization and creativity.

My friends became artists today! We used pink and blue paint with a fly swatter to splatter paint on blank paper. It was a fun way to develop fine motor skills through creative play.

In making our container shakers, we chose two colorful items to put inside. Each of us picked something interesting, like gemstones and colorful pen caps. It was a cool experience because they made unique sounds that we all enjoyed listening to.

This is how we CLAY it! My friends had fun rolling clay into small balls and adding textures with spiky rolling pins and cookie cutters shaped like a dog, chick, and star. It was a wonderful sensory experience for everyone.

Today's class was full of learning as we sorted colored bears using our tiny tongs and hands to place them on their matching colored plates. We also discovered that when the tongs touched the muffin racks where the bears were placed, they made a tingling sound.

This sensory wall sparked our curiosity. Some of us eagerly touched and tried to remove the textured panels, while others focused on observing their appearance and sounds.

We enjoyed this activity as it was a big help for our fine motor skills as well as our problem-solving skills. Some also helped clean up by placing the removed beans inside the cup or on top of the cup.

We had fun putting different things inside our containers. It was colorful, and some materials were hard to put inside, while others were smooth to shoot! We also tried drinking from the cup, which made sounds when it was tilted.

This yellow rice activity helps improve our fine motor skills by gripping the scooper. Some of the rice spilled, but we successfully transferred the rest to the egg trays.

Today’s class featured a water activity, and we all had fun using different materials such as droppers, cups, and strainers. It was satisfying to watch the water pour from the various sizes of holes and containers

My friends were all busy figuring out how to scoop the kinetic sand using different tools. The scoopers came in various sizes; some had handles, while others didn't, so some of us used our hands to scoop and transfer the kinetic sand to another container. It was a nice activity since it helped strengthen our grip by using different tools to transfer the sand.

This activity helped us learn about different types of transportation, such as trains, ships, airplanes, and many more. We briefly discussed how these types of transportation work by making them move and mimicking their sounds. It was also a nice way to discuss and sort colors in a different context.

We were all eager to remove the tape and rescue the animals. Some of the animals were difficult to free, but slowly, we managed to remove all the tape. It was a fun activity that helped develop our problem-solving skills.

These colored ice cubes are fun to touch, as they transfer color to our tiny hands and the white paper, where we can stamp with our hands. They are good for visual tracking because the bright colors move as we touch them. They also help develop our fine motor skills since we can practice grasping them.

This activity helps develop our focusing skills as we are curious about how the pompom balls will be removed from the whisk. Some of our friends chose to shake it until the pompom balls fell out, while others tried to pick them out with their tiny fingers.

Our arts and crafts activity involves making our own hot air balloons. We have various materials, such as markers and egg crayons, to create our colorful balloons. It's nice to do this with friends, especially as we are also developing our fine motor skills.

Today's culminating activity has a carnival theme. We are shooting ping pong balls into cups with bunny ears. It's fun to watch the ping pong balls bounce back as we attempt to shoot them in. Some of my friends tried to remove the cups, while others wanted to fill the cups with ping pong balls.

Today, we went fishing with colorful fish inside a bin. Our friends had a hard time using the fishing rod, so some opted to use their tiny hands to catch the fish, while others used tongs to put them in the white bowl. We enjoyed it since it’s a water activity!

This activity made us move up and down, helping to strengthen our legs and arms and develop our gross motor skills. It’s also nice to see the smiles on our carnival animals while shooting rings at them.
