         <description><![CDATA[<div>is when doodle and his older brother begin to walk home then lighting starts to present in the sky.The boys start to get frightened  the lightning was approaching the narrator and doodle began walking faster then the narrator begins to run leaving the brother behind in the storm.The brother runs to doodle and there is blood from the mouth and neck on doodle, leaving the narrator in tears.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>doodle- direct characterization<br> in the beginning when he was a baby he was described as "He seemed all head, with a tiny body that was red and shriveled like an old man's" (Hurst 1).Traits i learn throught out the character is that <br>Doodle is mentally and physically challenged,he loves hes brother and is afraid of being abandoned and like nature<br><br>narrator -indirect characterization<br>towards the middle of the passage the narrator express his feelings about doodle not being able to walk"I was embarrassed at having a brother of that age who couldn't walk."<br>(Hurst 1).The brother character traits are is that he is really determine and that he has tough love for  him.He has a love but cruel relationship with doodle.As the story progresses the narrator character become more cruel leading to the death of his brother.</div>]]></description>
