I'm very honoured to work with you and I'm sure  your students' work and yours will give a great contribution to improve the knowledge of our culture  To do this I've chosen Food because it has been and is  the primary need of humans but thanks to our creativity, fantasy, ability we have transformed it in a pleasure and a means of communication and socialization. Our rationality has made us to study it from a scientific point of view and now we know everything about, biomolecules, calories, metabolism and so on.
As you already know, my name is Speranza Rosa D'Alessandro and I'm Italian. In my country food plays a fundamental role in many fields. We love cooking and eating and all public or private events have their space for tasting our good food.
I'm an Eglish teacher and in this work I collaborate with my collegue Attilia who teaches Science. My favourite food is mozzarella that is a diary product typical of my region Campania. I can't live without mozzarella and this is why I love also Pizza Margherita, a pie with tomato sauce and slices of mozzarella,parmesan cheese, olive oil and basil.
