<title>Teachers need to step out of hierarchical thinking and create a student environment where all students work together in a safe and welcoming environment in which it is ok to make mistakes. All students participate in ALL elements of the problem. The teacher steps back and lets students take control. Students then actually have a voice in their project and the teacher role changes to facilitator.</title>
