4) Accessibility & Connectivity - as the link bridge is connected in a way that allow access to the sports complex, however they can consider having a lift at the North Canteen which can travel up to the link bridge which will accommodate with everyone's easy accessibility.

5) Safety - can design a designated area by having a tactile paving and also provide escalator on the bridge (for eg. how they do it for the link bridge to Jewel Changi Airport) so that everyone can have easy and smooth journey to the sports complex.

To improve the safety, we could make the area of each step of the escalator to be bigger so as to prevent people from falling down as they would have a larger surface area for them to stand on, minimizing the chances of falling
