Ms. Saunders never gives up on trying to reach Maleeka. 


Main Idea Paragraph:

Research shows that 9 out of 10 people agree that individuals should never give up on their hopes, dreams, or desires for their future. Recently, I read the book The Skin I'm In. Ms. Saunders, a teacher in a difficult school, faced obstacles when trying to reach a struggling student named Maleeka. She had a difficult time trying to convince Maleeka that she was a valuable, intelligent, and worthy young student. She hit a wall with her, and she could have easily given up on assisting her student see her fullest potential. However, Ms. 
 Saunders refused to give up, and she finally was able to make a difference in Maleeka's life.   As you can see, persistence, dedication,  and focus on a goal will allow a person to achieve
