Transport professionals targeting interventions at most deprived, SIMD areas is crude. Other public services (definitely education - possibly health) are better aware of the (non-locational) groupings of families which are at risk of child poverty.

Working on the definition of rural clusters to assess accessibility to facilities and services and enable local living in rural communities

Would be beneficial to understand whether other local authorities have developed policy interventions to strengthen local living in rural areas - to encourage better services/uses.
