We will also outline the assessment for this module. You will be asked to complete a SWOT analysis, which will be reflected upon in the final teaching week. This week we will be giving you the chance to visit the library and to meet our Law Librarian, Suzanne White, who will show you how to use some of the brilliant resources available that will help you throughout the rest of your degree. We will be going through the historical developments of the right to protest within the law and how this has evolved into the law we have today. We will be doing this by assessing civil rights movements. This week we will provide a historical overview of the right to privacy and the legal provisions and implications when this right is breached. You will also be put into groups this week to prepare for a podcast presentation in Week 7.<br><mark>Where should I be?<br></mark>You should be in a group to present your podcasts next week and you should be able to identify the developments of the law relating to the right to privacy. You should also be able to identify the role of human rights within this area and other ethical considerations.</div>]]></description>
