1. The American workforce is applying unnecessary standards to the hiring process; Requiring some sort of higher education degree even if it is not necessary.

2. A Degree should only be considered, not demanded. Hard working citizens are being turned away from jobs they have the skills for, but lack the required degree.

3. Lower job hiring standards in the U.S., or create a more efficient system. I feel that job requirements should be analyzed by work experience first and education second. Technical skills should always outweigh theoretical skills.

4.Bob Broschied Director of Natural Resources/ Colorado Parks and Wildlife
All American employers and employees.

5. My audience will be focused at adults ages 18 and up who are either in charge of employment in the U.S. or seeking employment but encountering struggles due to their level of education.

6. The demographic of my audience will play a large factor into the way I attempt to appeal to them. I feel that I will be able to appeal to both ends of the education spectrum. I am trying to appeal to people who have secondary education and people with less education who are still capable of completing the same tasks without a degree.

7. The information included in my proposal will be a mixture of facts that could be know by the general public, but will need some support to help its credibility. The topic is not extremely popular so I will need to be have a sufficient amount of background information without losing the audiences' interest or getting off topic.

8. The value of the context will be security in the workforce or financial security. I will be able to appeal to both sides of the proposal by explaining why some cases of people should be hired with a degree and why others should be hired without a degree. Both sides want a better job, to make more money, to support their lives. I can use my own emotions to appeal to the audiences' emotions because almost everyone cares about financial security.

1. Net neutrality should be enforced as it allows equal competition between websites.
2. Should the United States government enforce net neutrality.
3. Counterargument is that with net nutraloty websites like Netflix cause the Internet to slow as a whole. The stakeholders are internet providers, Internet users, and websites. On the other side of the argument they do not want net neutrality as they can charge websites more per bandwidth use.
4. The problem is that without net neutrality smaller websites could have streaming slowed while large ones like Facebook will run at a normal speed. It is my belief that charging more for bandwidth will cause less Internet innovation.
5. The solution is to make the government enforce net neutrality so everyone has an equal chance in business on the Internet.

Release killer whales back into the wild and monitor their activity so we can still learn from these activities.

1. Athletes in many different sports are being penalized for using marijuana in the off season. If the athletes play in state where marijuana is legal, i do not think they should be penalized.
2. Should athletes that play professional sports in a state where marijuana is legal be penalized for doing so?
3. The counter argument would be, marijuana is not good for the lungs, it will not help them in any way, and could be detrimental. The point of the question is not should they be allowed, it is should they be penalized for it?
4. My stance is, if a pro athlete wants to use marijuana, and he or she plays professional in a state where marijuana is legal, then they should not be be penalized.
5.My solution is to not penalize the the aforementioned athletes that use marijuana in a legal state.

(It is a growth hormone for a baby calf that weighs 30lbs. to become a full grown adult that weighs 2400 lbs)
2. Does drinking milk have positive or negative effects on humans? Is drinking milk healthy for humans?
3. The counterargument would be that calcium and other vitamins in milk can make up for a healthy diet. The stakeholders will be families and people who have grown up to believe in this popular idea.
4. Like I said above, milk is a growth hormone not meant for consumption by humans. It is extremely unhealthy and their are healthier alternatives to milk (almond milk).

5. My solution is to encourage people to find an alternative beverage that has similar benefits and tastes just as good.

There are many theories and experiments on the effects, but many companies choose not to release this information.
3.) Counterargument: Without these certain ingredients, would foundation be what it is today?
4.) I think that there is a balance. Even the air surrounding us has negative effects on our skin, but are there certain chemicals that should absolutely not be put topically on the skin?
5.) One potential solution is more education and awareness on what exactly is in the foundation us woman (or men) are using on our skin.
