This person might of been a king because the second artifact, the cushion, it might of been used to put a crown on. The first artifact could of been used to put valuable things in. We think this person might of been around 25 years old. We also think this person might be from Egypt. This person is a male and their culture must of been strict because he was a king.

In the beggining, we thought these artifacts were from the 1800's. But now we think it's from the mid 1600's. We all believe that this person was in the upper class of their society and that they are from European or Asian decent. We think this person is around 30 years old and female because of the designs on the artifact. As we said before we think this person was apart of the upper class because of the intricut designs on the chest and pillow; as metal and fabric were hard to obtain.

This person was a noble or wife of the chief we think this because all of her items looked fancy and expensive. We think that she might have traveled with her tribe. We believe the age was around 25. We thought they were male but the second item changed this opinion as it looked tribal and it looks handmade or woven.

Our group thinks that this person was a merchant. The box could be used as a safe or storage and the cushin could be used as a saddle or pillow. We think the person was 20-30. We think he was male because the males would have the jobs back then. We think this person came from the middle east because of the pilliow has some symbles. We think this because the you would store stuff in a box and and you could sell it and then the pillow or saddle could hold it on. top of the horse or camel.

Looking at the two artifacts, the only thing that has changed is what we think the gender is; for the first artifact we strongly thought it was male, now we are not sure because we realized that both artifacts are things that could have belonged to any gender. Other than that, nothing had changed. We think the person might have the position of Egyptian Royalty. This is because firstly, the first artifact is big and has locks, meaning that it must have been used to keep valuables. It must have been the person's valuables if the box was buried with them, and we remembered that in Egyptian culture - a king's and queen's valuables were buried with them. For the second artifact, we confirmed that we think this person is Egyptian royalty because the bed looks sophisticated and well designed - but we think it was for the persons pet (cat specifically, because Egyptians worshipped cats and this person's cat must have been important to them so that their bed was buried in their grave.) We think this person is 2,000-3,000 years old because that is when the Egyptian empire was existing and thriving. In addition, as we said before, the gender could be male or female seeing as there aren't really any gender specific things in the artifact. We think they have an Egyptian culture, specifically royal Egyptian culture because of all the reasons above.

Nothing changed about our thinking. I think her position was royalty because the pillow/cushion is very detailed and the lock box must have expensive items in it. The age might be 50-60 years old. This persons culture must have been ancient egyptians. This person was a female. We came to our conclusions because the artifacts look rusty and old.

I think that the two artifacts that this person had in their possession were from at least a century ago. I believe that the chest artifact was an heirloom or because it seems pretty dated. The cushion artifact is seems to be high quality from around he early 20th century, so I believe that they probably had a high status in society. I think that this person was male because more jobs were avaible for males during the estimated time. We think that the person in question is probably in their late 20s because they seem to have many belongings, that only an experienced archaeologist would have. Originally we thought this time period was in the 1500s but seeing the condition of the cushion, our thinking changed.

We think the person may have been egyptian because there was items buried with him. We also believe they were a boy because most women weren't allowed to own anything back then. He was most likely an artisan because of the intriquite artwork that was buried with him. It would make sense that his life's work would be with his grave. He also didn't seem to have a super large amount of wealth, but instead a moderate amount, which lead us to believe that he was around the middle of the social pyramid. This person was most likely alive during B.C because of the condition of the chest, and that he was most likely from Egypt. He also was most likely around, or below the age of 50 because people back then didn't live as long as they do today. Because his job and status, he didn't seem like he would be in danger. He wasn't a soldier or a possible target like royalty. Because of this he would most likely fully live out his life.
