In summary:

Engaging students and empowering learning have a lasting impact on student’s experience – For example, having the significance of learning explained by relating real-life experiences, goals and expectations, creates learning outcomes that are meaningful for students.

Organisation and clarity are important to student success. Passion, good attitude, desire and intention to teach, as well as a caring and empathetic nature are desirable qualities of a teacher. This is also displayed by being mindful of student’s needs – making time and taking time.

Learning doesn't happen in an emotional void.
