I wonder how we will monitor the items we need to keep in permanent files now that we are moving to a digital LPAC system and when we will have all students back to 'normal' enrollment/withdrawal routines (still reeling from COVID weird situations). My big ah-ha was actually a frustration with the 5,000 trainings we have at the beginning of the year. Small districts require few people wearing many hats. There are days I have 4 zoom required meetings in a row (sometimes overlapping) which is totally overwhelming. The hyperdoc this morning with the quiet music and time to go through the documents at my own pace and the opportunity to keep the doc to look at later is the BEST thing I have experienced.
