The tube is designed with a 3-D printed origami tube and the volume of the tube is modified by changing the origami folding plates. This tube has a rotating behavior under compressive force, this allows the architectured pressure sensing function to activate. Cost effective, this 3-D ventilator only costs $200 to make vs $2000 for a traditional ventilator. 

Lightweight, weighing only 4.5kg. This makes it easy to move around the hospitals when transporting patients. 

 This new ventilator is a great new innovation during the Covid-19 pandemic. There has been a world-wide shortage of ventilators due to the pandemic. This ventilator would allow a quick, cost-effective distribution nationwide and would alleviate the shortage at hand.

We all have seen the effect covid has had on the hospital and on staff. There have been times during this pandemic when a "choice" had to be made on which patients to place on ventilators due to limited availability. Having this 3-D ventilator available would allow all patients to get the care that they need when they come to the hospital. William's top strength is "Woo". This would add great value because he could connect well with the right people, and people are drawn to him and his ideas. 

 My top 5 Strengths: Developer, relator, responsibility, restorative, and empathy. 

• I chose a team with several different strengths than my own. I believe that individuals working together with their own special talents is more productive than a team with the same top strengths. 
• I would add value to this team because I would take ownership of what needed to be done, admit my rights and wrongs, build a close relationship with team members, and empathize with others around me.
