There are not any clear expectations within the building. Some teachers are using technology a lot while others are not. Once all of the students are 1:1 there needs to be more training on how to use things for classroom teaching. Most teachers are being self taught and I am sure there are other opportunities and things out there that teachers can be using. Had to have a sub and did during school hours.
