I love her because she believes in following her dream. She feels that if we’ve got a dream, then we should go for it and I really agreed with her. Also, she encourages others to pursue their passions. She has a generous heart, optimistic, enthusiastic and an outgoing personality. I think that’s all. Moreover, Raya is very focused individual and she is adamant about seeing things through to completion. I wish to get to know each of you! ;)

Despite being a superhero, she prefers to stay under the radar which I find ironically that her superpower is turning invisible. (I wish I have that superpower too). She’s timid but still possess a curious and experimental nature, willing to explore her abilities. She's mature, have observational sense of humor, kind and protective. She also displays the typical of a girl her age like losing her temper and acting awkward which I can relate completely. These traits are what I see myself in her, I am Eliya Athira binti Ibrahim. Hope we get along well :D

Hello Madam Ninalyn and my fellow friends. My name is Muhammad Qamarul Nabil Bin Sabri. Today, I chose my favorite character Luca Paguro in the movie (Luca 2021) Because we both have the same trait or behavior which is a shy person. In addition, we also have a high curiosity about something or things. Next, I was also a very kind-hearted individual who was willing to stand out towards anyone who threatened my friends. Finally, I feel very happy to get to know you all. Thank you ^o^

In my opinion, the Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA) and the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA) are significant. It is because the acts were enacted to regulate and supervise financial institutions, payment systems, and other relevant entities and oversee the money market and foreign currency market. In addition, the FSA and IFSA include increased requirements to govern payment system operators and payment instrument issuers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable payment systems and instruments. Thus, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) can efficiently conduct its supervisory duty owing to provisions in the FSA and IFSA. In general, this entails giving BNM the authority to set standards and issue directives to ensure the safety, integrity, efficiency, and dependability of payment systems and instruments.

This is because both of them play a very important role i.e. both looking after the finances and welfare of the people. If both are not taken care of properly it will be difficult for all groups such as the government and the people. To conclude, they are not much different because both want to maintain economic stability in the form of money.

Some people, in my opinion, prefer to borrow money from money lenders rather than banks because money lenders have effective strategies for attracting customers to borrow money from them in a way that communicates well, as well as the ability to target people who are in desperate need of money up to borrowers who are unable to repay the loan money, allowing them to seize the borrower's home and even their life. Furthermore, they stop lending to the bank since they can't meet the bank's lending guidelines because they have a repayment time.

My recommendation is that the government educate Malaysian borrowers about the risks of borrowing from money lending firms and urge them to deal with banks instead, so that their safety is guaranteed when they need to borrow.

Why do some people choose illegal money lenders instead of banks? In my opinion, some banks, especially the big ones, have policies that only the best clients with a proven credit history and stable financials are eligible for loans. As a result, customers with a poor credit history cannot obtain loans from these institutions. As a result, banks typically have a lengthy credit proposal evaluation procedure.

On the other hand, loan sharks provide immediate disbursement without posing many inquiries. It is better suited to people who do not support the paperwork that banks require. The credit history is also not checked by loan sharks. As a result, they charge a greater interest rate and use more aggressive collection tactics.

To assist tackle this problem, I suggest that the government encourage the consumers to use bank credit facilities while the banks provide better financial information. Following that, the bank should run a campaign in high schools to inform youth about the bank's services through implementation.

Basically, the ones who lend from the loan sharks are the ones at their lowest point of life, they didn’t see any hopes coming and they just want to survive. ‘He’s not living, he’s surviving’. They be living anxious everyday as loan sharks does violence. They know they can’t pay back but why still choose to lend? No other choice. Unless they want to starve.

Credit facilities require lot of requirements and documents to pass to lend from it. How do they fulfill that, they doesn’t even have food. There are legal side that can help. Such as, government gives you job for you to pay your basis needs. Slowly, you can run away from that nest. At least, you can pay your own food. Ways to spread and encourage people to avoid loan sharks and looking for legal money lender and credit facilities from bank instead is tell them to choose wisely, explain one by one what they need to know, because afterall the ball is in their court, the decision made by them.

The DFIA supervises a number of DFIs, however there are others that aren't listed. DFIs (Development Financial Institutions) are specialised institutions established by the government to provide a range of specialised financial products and services to meet the specific needs of targeted strategic sectors.

Some general remarks have been made regarding the likely impact of CBDC on monetary policy.
CBDC, for example, might enable central banks to collect quick, real-time economic surveillance, which would help them formulate monetary policy more effectively. This is due to the fundamental virtue of preserving all transactions, as well as the virtually instantaneous transactions that the ledger captures.
CBDC might work similarly to real cash and receive no interest payments, as stated. Economic agents would prefer to put their money in bank deposits rather than CBDC in normal times because bank deposits pay interest. CBDC, in addition to cash, would be an option in the case of a tail-risk event such as economic instability or a system-wide bank run. It is entirely insured by the central bank, has no risk of losing value, and may be conveniently kept in huge quantities. This simple change to CBDC would hasten the bank run. Financial intermediation would be harmed as a result, reducing the effectiveness of monetary policy.

In my opinion, people go to illegal money lender instead of banks because of simple terms, quick cash, trust and ease of repayment are some reasons why borrowers continue to opt for moneylenders. Taking a loan from private moneylenders is easy. They often do not ask for any collateral if the borrower has been running a business for many years.
My suggestion on how to solve illegal money lending activities in Malaysia is government need to take more actions such as educate people and let them know the bad sides of loan sharks.
First of all, the bank itself needs to be more interesting to the users. It can be done because banking is an industry with characteristics that are quite attractive to long-term investors. Properly evaluated, a bank can make a great investment. High retention rates, lower competition over time, and the durability of the industry are what attract me to bank investing.

According to the MoF data, foreign ownership in the local exchange were 13 percent at the conclusion of this time. After all, people who need a big amount of money immediately will go to these illegal money lender.

My suggestion on how to solve on how to solve the problem of loan sharks and illegal money lending activities in Malaysia is, people should know the how risky illegal money lender can be. But, this can only be achieved when people cooperate with each other. For examples, government or banks inform people about the disadvantages borrowing money from loan sharks.

Lastly, government should advocate more campaign about the facilities that offered and the advantages that they can get when they borrow money from bank. By knowing these information, we can prevent people from loan sharks.

High levels of domestic liquidity, coupled with the authorities’ proactive measures, have helped maintain an orderly market and ensure limited disruptions to the overall capital market.
