A Japanese boy named Tomi and his best friend Billy are living life to the most completely unaware that the Japanese were planning to bomb the nearby Pearl Harbor military base. Tomi's parents moved to Hawaii to escape poverty. They lived in a small town and were fine in life. Papa had a 30 foot long fishing boat and a car.
