I realize this is probably out of the hands of the team, but it would be really helpful to have LASO dates much earlier. Our LEAs want to start this work in the spring, not the summer and a February award date makes things really stressful for everyone involved.

We have enjoyed these meetings we are in right now and would love to see those continue! They have been invaluable to us and the work. The quick responses when we have questions has been great… also trainings and support on products. Kindness of TEA staff and willing to listen and work alongside us. Also the willingness to upgrade product based on feedback provided and to ask.

I understand the thinking behind splitting the IA and PA meetings once a month, but we will miss information if we are playing both roles, which is the case for many of us at R10.

ALSO, I do want to say thank you for reducing the number of Friday zoom meetings and trying to align the meetings for the SFP and SFI grants!

Success criteria that not only gages product look-fors but also is able to progress measure specific teachers and rank level of mastery/fidelity of the user. Maybe a way to include student data/progress.

It would be nice to see the requirements for RBIS certification to be relaxed a little bit. We are skilled presenters, so it's frustrating to receive "coaching" from TNTP on things like audience engagement.

Mindfulness for ESCs who have experience in implementation support. Engagement in meetings where basics of grants and implementation support are addressed are not a productive use of time.

RBIS training for new cohorts has become way more cumbersome to be approved. With the dates so spread out, the feedback is that it feels a little disjointed and the dates are easy to miss with all of the other work to be completed

The zoom overload for all the roles. Keep in mind many of our staff hold multiple hats. It is hard to schedule districts when they are constantly on zooms. In addition, we need all materials by June 1st because our work has already started

For planning, can we remove the communication piece since it is no longer required. It is confusing for LEAs since it is still on the graphics.

The Product Academy Deep Dives- I wish they were a little more effective. They cover elements of the product, but I don't feel like they always give a deep understanding of how to use the products, what their day will look like, etc. We often include more information so they have a better comfort level.

In general, the certification requirements for advisors, RBIS, planning grant, IA, etc. feel cumbersome. I understand training, but maybe it could be a bit relaxed.

We have folks serving as an IA for one LEA and as a PA for another LEA. Having the meetings at the same time proves challenging as it is helpful to be able to ask questions "in the moment."

What updates/information/observations might be shared with supervisors of those serving in SF roles apart from the accountability dashboards? TEA will observe systems trends that could inform the work of the APs. And, the APs will observe some nuance to systemic support apart from the "management" of efforts provided by the SF manager.

TEA meets in person with each ESC where we provide detailed information about OER support that includes SF. How might trends from these meetings be shared with ESCs? What accountability/feedback meetings are held with non-ESC APs? What observations might be shared with all APs and what are ESC-specific?

Thank you for narrowing the focus of the modules for SY2025. This has simplified scheduling with an LEA with 200+ teachers.
