         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;<strong>continued steps </strong><br>4. bend straight forward at the waist<br>5. keeping the elbow straight, slide your hand along the table&nbsp;<br>6. head should be at table level or slightly below, (remember to look at your toes)&nbsp;<br>7. hold this position, if you feel pain stop and readjust, sit up and repeat steps 1-6<br>8.&nbsp;count to 30 then sit up&nbsp;<br>9.  repeat this exercise twice&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
