andrea poo 🎀 : I like the bonding time I get to spend with my friends on Sports Day. The activities the P.E teachers prepare for us are fun and exciting. I appreciate my P.E teachers for that. They work really hard to come up with fun activities for us students. We should be appreciative and not take them for granted. I remember last years sports day we all worked hard for the competition and had a good team spirit.

Anaelle I think it is crucial that people of all ages to exercise daily. Exercise keeps our body fit and trim; it also helps us to keep our boy healthy. Allison: Looking at this picture,I am reminded of the time our school organised a captain’s ball tournament for sports day. Yes. I think everybody should exercise as during Covid, we were isolated in our house. We did not exercise and most likely ate a lot of grab food. Also, exercising ensures that we are healthy and will not fall sick regularly and it ensures that we are not obese.

I read that China made PE mandatory,and that every school must have at least 2 hours of PE to battle obesity. I like that on sports day , almost every one is having fun by doing sports. My favourite game on sports day , out of school too, is water frisbee . It is a game where we play in a pool and find the frisbee which is hidden somewhere around the pool and whoever finds it first has to throw it to someone and if they do not catch the frisbee they will have to do a dare .

I remember, last year’s sports day,we played a game called captain’s ball. We were in group of 4 to 5. I had a lot of fun and I really enjoyed it. One thing l like was that the game required teamwork. We had to work together as a team to win.
