I interviewed 10 people to give me their perspective. Some of them posible costumers, stakeholders, and invertors.
- Most of them knew there are already  similar proyects  in the world but not in my country.
-Many of them don't think there will be much demand of this service in Peru, because people is not so interest in luxury or designer bags.
-They suggest to include médium category handbags that will have more demand.
-Artisans and bag-makers as stakeholders of my Project are interested in it because repairing bags will be an aditional income for them.
-Investors are worried because costumers keep the bag and not returning, risk of loss in management.
-They all agree about the Project contributes to circular economy transition but they don't think it will be a good business.

•Long-term effects: People stop buying bags and use the ones that are available, reducing demand and production of new items.
•Local environment: Usually handbags wich end in landfills are burned, by avoiding landfills the project will reduce Co2 emissions.
•Who: 10 Locall bag-makers working in repairing and refurbishing used handbags. 1000 subscriptors who will stop buying and start leasing bags.
•Time: The project must have at least 1000 subscriptions in the first year to have a meaningfull and lasting impact, also to be financially viable.
