  • The rule talks about mediation assistance can be asked for at any time or accepted when offered by the tribunal. 
  • The parties need to sign the confidentiality agreement before going ahead with mediation. 
  • A representative can be appointed by the aggrieved party to settle on behalf of them.
  •  In the end of a successful mediation form 25 (settlement form) needs to be signed by both the parties.
