I have also made a survey which has been filled in by the level 3; the questions are all related to fayols 14 principles. The following week we got all the equipment and resources we were going to be using to set up the assault course and have a run through of what we would be doing the following week. I was also writing a checklist of what needed doing for the planning and preparation. I also assigned everyone roles to what they would like to do and who would fit the role better. I was the planner/organiser, I was the one who organised dates, times, the activities and the place in which its going to go ahead. I also worked along side Kayleigh giving other candidates the best role that suited them, in our class and the level 3's after they had filled out our survey we created. As an example: one of the questions we asked was "are you a good communicator?" so any level 3 that answered "yes", has got a role to do with communicating with people.

I also oversaw one of the sections of the assault course, helping the level 3 managing the station to understand what he had to do. Overall, I felt that it went really well even though the weather was poor. I ran relatively smoothly and those who participated seemed to enjoy it.
