This year, we will continue to use the Watermark Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) Activity Report & Workflow functions for the 2021 Periodic Review of Faculty (PROF) process. The following OSU Extension employees will be using the Watermark Faculty Success system this year: 
  • All field-based professorial/ranked faculty such as tenured/tenure-track faculty, assistant/associate/full professor of practice, senior instructor, instructor, and faculty research assistant at any level;
  • All field-based professional faculty such as administrative office managers and outreach program coordinators
Tools and resources that will support your success throughout this process:
 
The following information should be included in your 2021 Watermark Faculty Success Activity Report. This needs to be entered by the end of day January 14, 2022 to be counted for your 2021 PROF Review:
  • Impact Statement(s)
  • Civil Rights Demographics Information
  • Other records as applicable to your position: Extension Volunteer data, Non-Credit Instruction, Peer Review of Teaching, External Funding, Publications, Presentations, Collaborations, Service, Awards, Service, etc.
 
Watermark Faculty Success Workflow will be launched by December 15, 2021 and will also close by the end of the day January 14, 2022. In Workflow you will be able to provide narrative summaries of 2021 accomplishments, obstacles/challenges, and goals for 2022. We will send more detailed instructions and examples for Workflow when it launches December 15, 2021. For questions regarding reporting using Watermark Faculty Success, please contact your supervisor.
