Doing something safe is not getting yourself exposed in risk and following the law.

Being safe or doing something safe feels good and relieving because you don't need to feel stressed or worried.
It sounds "yes" "okay" "no problem "thank you" and people encouraging others to make the right choice.
It looks like smiling and laughing around with good communication and having a respectful relationship.

The person who stepped outside had three chances to guess who was the leader.

This is like social media when somebody
starts a trend they get clout and people do the same trend as well and it gets all around social media, and people try to follow the original. This is not really useful but it is fun to hop on new trends, but the trends may effect your mental health and mindset.
It can cause harm depending on what the trend is about and what the trend is doing.

Energy Drinks - Isabella

After learning about the causes and side effects about energy drinks, I have changed my decision to not casually drink energy drinks only when I have late nights. This is because there are still multiple of other ways to energize yourself and half of energy drinks are full of sugar and the other is caffeine. Energy drinks contains chemicals that can cause your brain to change. On a average, energy drinks contain 170mg of caffeine. This amount of caffeine can greatly increase your alertness and can significantly increase your heart rate. This causes more chances to have heart attacks. One might not do a lot by after drinking more you will get adicticted

To stop adolescence drinking too many cans as day we can increase the price of the drinks, keep a healthy sleep cycle, and consume your daily fruits and vegs. Consuming your daily fruits and vegs can gain your energy and having a good sleep cycle will make you less tired.
Shops should take energy drinks out of the miny fridges while people are checking out as it will reduce people buying them.

Alcohol

I used to think that alcohol wouldn't be a long term cause and that all would happen is when you drink alcohol there will be a hangover after and you would vomit. But there is much more that would happen.

After this lesson I have learnt alcohol have many effects to the body that I was not aware of. It can really negatively affect their brain and the way they think, meaning that they are more likely to end up in violent situations. It also causes high blood pressure and can even cause death. More than 60% age between 12-16 have consumed alcohol, which is underage drinking.

Now I think when you drink you have to be extremely careful of how much your consuming and you have to realise the after effect.

Do you really want to go through all of that? Risk it that bad? Drinking can be really scary and dangerous, but it can be fun at the same time.
