2. Solution
The J.W. Sivil Holdings Limited is a small company that was set up to streamline various large projects consisting of taking over car dealerships, large commercial units, and housing developments (Sivil Group, 2021). 
  • Constant analysis of financial data.
  • It will also require budgetary controls and forecasting methods to confirm that they do not over-extend their financial parameters (Yeşim et al., 2017)
  • Improving the process of building up the projects
  • Digital marketing investment 
  • The company should be able to portray the retirement benefits, which a person would be obtaining on investment in the current and various multi-owner properties.
  • Sustain local charity

    3. Key activities
    The main process of its operation involves the weekly signing of a newsletter, by which the extent of growth of the company is established to the public regarding its financials and various new updates and changes in policies and recommendations. It also includes other activities such as weekly generation of new leads by cold calling new clients or through references and speaking to old clients by resolving their queries and providing them updates about the new development (Ovans, 2015).

    The company should also check the rate of exposure of the projects to various clients, which will increase the visibility of the company to the clients. In following the key activities, the company will be able to improve its capability in providing valued service to its customers, which will increase its potential towards better profitable ventures.
