Horror games will always put you in a place that's dark and spooky you get the idea. You will always fight a enemy at one point, you have control of what you want to do if you just like not play the game you won't be scared for life.

I love the jump scares and oh boy you will not even see it coming. It sold eight million copies of the game. I think people like these games because of the character development and the story line. The zombies that have more than one type of zombie that makes its even more tense don't get me started on the other enemies chasing you around. Sometimes making stealth the only option, making a fear of getting caught.
Having a fear of getting jump scared, getting caught, and having a pack of them fat zombies chasing you.
