The Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) has a branch near every LRSD secondary school (Dunbar shares a parking lot with Williams, Parkview is across the street from McMath, McClellan is around the corner (and a walk) from  McClellan... I would go on, but you get the point).  </p><p>Your tax dollars pay for it, they have free books, free internet, and smart people.  Go.  Encourage students to go...</p>]]></description>
