<title>I regroup my small reading groups often in a six weeks time depending on what I&#39;m looking for or needing to work on. My kids know that I may be listening for ending sounds when they read orally to me (using lips, tongue, teeth correctly), I may be listening for fluency when they read orally to me, I may be listening for expression when they read orally to me, I may be listening for work attack skills (using our touch phonics) when they read orally to me, or finally, I may be discussing vocabulary/ comprehension skills to see who shines. My kids are never stuck in the same group during a six weeks so they don&#39;t ever feel one way or another for too long. I want them to feel challenged some and successful some. We help each other when needed after a little &quot;wait&quot; time is given for them to figure out a problem on their own. As far as behavior, I try to train my class from August to stop and think &quot;can everyone do what I&#39;m doing?&quot; in hopes that makes them more respectful. I finally encourage them to &quot;think, do, and feel&quot; all day in hopes they think positive thoughts, do positive actions, and then feel positive all day every day!</title>
