         <description><![CDATA[<div>Even in a small group classroom, CHAMPS is very necessary.  If I find that the students try to get by with things, too much blurting out, disrespectfulness w each other, than I go right back to CHAMPS.  Karen's PD was excellent review of the necessity to implement CHAMPS constantly.</div>]]></description>
