After gaining experience in the insurance industry, Steve Keshtgar transitioned into franchising when he joined Morris Bailey Enterprises in Staten Island as a district manager. In this role, he led training and sales initiatives for a chain of Burger King franchises throughout the area. Steve Keshtgar built upon this experience when he launched Motor Parkway Enterprises in Brentwood, New York, in 1986. Initially comprising an Amoco gas station and convenience store, the company has expanded over the past three decades to include franchises from companies such as BP. During this time, Mr. Keshtgar has focused on purchasing and turning around struggling businesses while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service.
