         <description><![CDATA[<div>Getting a divorce is a decision that can change your life forever. A lot of divorces happen because of some marital and relationship problems, which has a certain solution but neither of the couple can carry out the said solution. <br><br></div><div>Some marital problems, however, necessitates the need for you to file a divorce through your lawyer. A lot of marriages nowadays cannot be stood by a spouse to experience every day of their lives.<br><br></div><div>Making a decision to get a divorce is something you should think a thousand times. But sometimes, a divorce is the only thing that can give a resolution to your problem. If you are experiencing one or more of these situations then it will justify your need to get a divorce.<br><br></div><div><strong>Emotional, physical or mental abuse<br></strong><br></div><div>Hitting your spouse is something that should never be done. A marriage is considered unhealthy and toxic if there any one of you experience punching, slapping, shoving, pushing and other kinds of physical harm or abuse. These physical abuse needs to be stopped as violence isn’t a solution to any of your problems. It can even make it worse.<br><br></div><div>It doesn’t end in physical abuse. Screaming, shouting, and shaming is also a kind of abuse that affects the emotional well being of a person. These are not acceptable kind of behavior. You don’t deserve these abuse, hence you must get out of it.<br><br></div><div><strong>Unfaithfulness<br></strong><br></div><div>As they say, “once a cheater, always a cheater.” Being unfaithful to your partner is also a form of abuse. Your partner can cheat to you with a lot of reasons at hand, but always remember that all of his/her reasons are not, and never will be valid.<br><br></div><div><strong>Money problems<br></strong><br></div><div>If your spouse piles up a mountain of debts on your family due to his or her gambling or shopping addiction then it may be the best if you run away from that economical problem. You don’t deserve to be buried in a mountain of debt. While these debts can be paid, the paying process can take a long time and your spouse’s addiction isn’t guaranteed to stop.<br><br></div><div><strong>Drug and liquor addiction<br></strong><br></div><div>Being addicted to something like illegal drugs or alcohol cannot be fixed anymore. But some people that are in a relationship with these addicts tend to stay with them with hopes of changing them for good. However, nothing will happen if the addict doesn’t help him/herself. They wont change just because they see their family suffering as well. And even they have already hit rock bottom, they will just continue to satisfy and succumb to their addiction.<br><br></div><div>Divorce is really needed if you are suffering from these situations.
