         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.) The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)<br>2.) If any work was done at all for pay, part-time, temporary, regular full-time, and year-round employment<br>3.) People who are jobless, looking for a job, and available for work <br>4.) The unemployment rate = the total number of unemployed people divided by the total number of people in the labor force<br>5.) To calculate the unemployment rate, you’d take the number of unemployed divided by the labor force. And the labor force = the number of people employed plus those who are unemployed. So yes, we can have an increase in the number of people who are employed as more of the unemployed gain a job. They switch from being unemployed to employed.</div>]]></description>

Structural unemployment is the most destructive type of unemployment. Since it is caused by forces other than the business cycle, it is more permanent compared to other types of unemployment and it's effects can last for decades.</div>]]></description>
