Having enough time to set up the gym for PE enrichment classes. Using multiple types of equipment, the amount of time varies in which we need to be ready for when students arrive.

We love the planning block and covered lunch/recess time. This allows for in depth planning and meetings that need to be have with EC/504/Parents.
90 minute blocks un interrupted.
EC groups grouped together works for pull out.

P2 opens conversations with scholars to talk and make connections with one another. It allows them to point out traits of their classmates and feel like family.

Lunch/Recess Time

Shorten the lunch time by 10 minutes to lessen problematic/bored behavior. As for the kids that need longer time it would force them to stop talking and just eat while in the lunchroom.

Common intervention time among grade level (allow all students in grade level receiving same support/tier 3 instruction to be pulled at the same time), still allow them to receive 120 minutes core instruction

We like having EC/504 kids earlier in the day for reading block.

Recess

Having the progression of recess time go from youngest to oldest grades consecutively within elementary school. K would get outside first and 5th grade would be last.

Uninterrupted literacy block in the MORNING.
We have 10 minutes between recess and enrichment. It is a waste of time and could be better used at another point in the day.
We feel it is important for our students to have a room to go to for enrichment. They need a different environment. Teachers will lose planning time in their own rooms.

Protected 90 minute Literacy Block first thing in the morning. We need as long as possible in the classroom with our students before transitioning anywhere.

A place to go outside of the classroom each day for Enrichment. Our students need a change of scenery and the opportunity to work in other places throughout the school.
