In Heart, we are able to write our MSEs in paragraph/freestyle format. In hope, it is different and it is kind of limiting. I suggest to add the MSE notes in the general tab along with the patient/informant/notes. Also can we have the option to copy a previous prescription in Hope. This would help us a lot. Thank you!

I also suggest that we have a separate drop down tab (similar to Gen Data, HPI, Course in the wards tabs in progress notes) for MENTAL STATUS EXAM to have a better segregation from usual Objective data.
