It starts with the business decisions being made on how to run the business by the owners and management. According to Ooghe et al. (2004) the failure of a business depends on the personal qualities of its managers. Argenti (1976) states that managers who fail to heed the advice of their subordinates and fail to respond to market changes are qualities of poor management. These poor decisions lead the main factor of business failure, poor financial management. The employment of candidates who do not have the necessary qualifications to be working in the financial department of a business may well create problems such as inaccurate accounts and incorrect financial reports. This will possibly result in the wrong financial decisions being made such as cost management. Although, poor managerial skills could cause all these problems, they are in many ways linked to the company’s finances which are fundamental in whether a business succeeds or not. According to a study conducted by CCH Research in Australia (2013) 61% of businesses have failed as result of being unable to properly manage costs or anticipate rising costs. When a business is unable to manage its costs it fails to generate a profit and an unprofitable business cannot create value, and as mentioned by Numani (2017) it is the main cause of business becoming insolvent, meaning that they are unable to pay their debts.

However we  can single out some strong reasons which shows not only mothers are carefully in relation with children, even fathers are great supporters and carefully  in their own ways for their childrens. The absence of father is growing more significantly  , but there are some different reasons  for example  fathers working many hours    outside , means they are absent in home , and also absent in  their children`s  life.According to(Halle 1999) involvement of fathers brings  important   income for childrens and very good results in  school  including math and reading(Biller & Kimpton 1997).

Moreover research about fathers with steady jobs who lives near their childrens indicates that these fathers positively influence children`s development(Amato &Sabolewski,2004.  Also another positive influence is  passing more time with stepfathers. Having contact with step fathers or fathers is associated  with fewer behavioural problems and improved psychological well-being(Menestrel,1999).

As well we can say that figure of father is a protective figure for children`s and gives them more security  especially psychologically , that why if you want that childrens to grow in  the best possible way parents have to be together .

Many non-health providers who deal with children and their families, such as nursery workers, have the ability to have healthy discussions with new parents and may learn from training in this area. The CHALK programme at Imperial College London is one such example. Childhood obesity can be tackled at an earlier age through parents educating their kids but first themselves being educated in matters including. 

Today, Fair Trade is a really global phenomenon. In over 70 countries in the South, over a million small-scale farmers and employees are organised in 3,000 grassroots organisations and their umbrella institutions (Renard, 2003).

 

Ruban at el, (2012) claims that Fair Trade marketing initiatives can give the impression that free trade is inherently inequitable, and that everything that does not bear the Fair Trade logo was traded unfairly. This is fundamentally incorrect since it ignores the fact that alternative trading agreements benefit consumers, producers, and workers, and sometimes at a lower cost than Fair Trade.

 

According to Fisher (2007) consumer awareness and sales of Fair Trade-certified coffee are increasing, but tight certification criteria are resulting in unequal economic benefits for coffee growers and lower quality coffee for consumers. Industry confidence in Fair Trade coffee is eroding as a result of the failure to address these issues.
