Some staff gets priority over others to climb up an escalator while others have less to zero opportunities to struggle a rope upwards . No proper lay up for up designations. Only if you are within the “cool kids” you’ll be given more “privileges”. While the rest are pinpointed at every single mistakes they commit. Just my 2 cents to be acknowledged (or not). 🤷‍♂️
